Go to Project Settings > Export
Click on 'Download Archive', wait just a few second for the pages to archive, then follow the link that will appear under the file list. Save the zip-file on your computer.
Unzip the file to get the folder that contains all the files of your project.
Connect to your server via FTP and copy your files there. Rename the file htaccess to .htaccess
