How to update a website preview on social networks

You've created the site and decided to share it in the social network or a messenger. But there may be a problem: site link in social networks may look like it was intended. In this article we'll show how to solve the problem and consider the tools that will help you: for Facebook, Telegram and Twitter.
Check the Tilda settings first. You can configure link title, description and badge in the Page Settings → Facebook and SEO → Facebook sharing badge → Customize Facebook badge.

If there's no information, then title and description are used from Page Settings → Main tab, Badge is used from Page Settings → Badge.
If all the values are specified, the page is published, but the link in social networks does not look right you should use the special services to update the link preview.
1
Updating a Facebook preview
using Facebook Debugger
Facebook Debugger is a link preview service for Facebook. You can update a Facebook preview of any link using it, adding a page link and push the «Fetch new information» button. Preview will be updated and new preview will be shown in the page bottom.
If you experience any problems updating the page link, please check:
  • AAAA-records in the domain provider records settings (you should delete it);
  • page address in Site Settings → Facebook and SEO → Search engine appearance → Canonical link;
  • if there's no checkmarks in the Site Settings → More in the Use HTTPS field while HTTPS sertificate is not configured.
Add APP ID in Page Settings → Facebook and SEO → Facebook sharing badge → Customize Facebook badge to avoid Tilda tag in the shared post. You can create APP ID using that FB article — https://developers.facebook.com/docs/apps/register/
