Tilda has its own feedback widgets that can be integrated with third-party services.
Find Tilda's own widgets in the category Form and button.
Change the appearance of your widget in a block's settings. Choose background colours, icon colour and add animation.
The widget's position on a computer screen can be configured only for desktop PCs (resolution from 980px and higher). For mobile devices with screen resolutions in the 0 to 980px range, the widget will be set in a fixed position in the bottom part of the screen.
If you'd like to collect information from your widget, such as telephone numbers, email addresses or messages, all you need to do is link your site to one of 12 data capture services integrated with Tilda.
1
Callback widget
When a customer is looking at your website on their mobile phone and taps a callback widget button, it makes a call. On desktops, a tap will open a form where customers can leave their phone number for you to call them back.

Add block BF901 to your page (Blocks library > Form and button > Widget for ordering call back)
When a customer clicks the button on a desktop PC, a callback form opens.

Tick your selected data capture service in the Content menu if you'd like customer information information to be sent there.
On mobile, a click on the button will activate a phone call function.

Please remember to add your contact phone number to activate this function.

You may add a call to action (CTA) next to the round button. Keep the CTA short: 2-3 words will do great.
2
Messenger widget
This widget is great when you need a form where customers can leave their email address and name by clicking on a button.

Go to your project in Tilda, add block BF902 to your webpage (Blocks library > Form and button > Widget for sending a message)
Finish up by linking your website with a data capture service. Tick the box against your preferred service in a block's settings.
Save changes and publish the page.
3
Widget with a subscription form
When your customer clicks on this widget, it opens a form where they can add their email address.

Add block BF903 to the page (Blocks library > Form and button > Widget with a subscription form)
Next, connect a data capture service for collecting email addresses of your newsletter subscribes. Tick the box against your preferred service in a block's settings.
Save changes and publish the page.
CallbackHunter and JivoSite are also integrated with Tilda.
